We are excited to present a rare opportunity for an experienced Rebate and Systems Analyst to join the team at our Head Office in Horncastle.
This role is a critical part of our financial operations and would be responsible for the thorough management of the rebates process, ensuring all entries on the ledger are correctly claimed and allocated.
Rebate Management & Strategy
- Working with the compliance team, design an accurate system to track the accrual and reconciliation of supplier rebate agreements
- Work closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure maximum profitability on rebate agreements
Financial Analysis & Management Accounting
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Analyse product margins to identify trends and areas for profit improvement
- Support the Senior Management Team with quarterly and annual budget forecasting, providing data and reports with accurate rebate projections
Process Analysis and Improvement
- Audit existing financial processes and implement solutions to reduce manual data entry

This role is 40 hours per week within our operating hours.
The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
