We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Driver/Yard Worker to join our team. Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Be part of a driving team when required
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organised yard area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence, including specific <PERSON> driver qualifications if applicable
- Experience with commercial driving is advantageous
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and minor repairs
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks.
- Proven reliability with a good safety record in previous driving.
- Must be over 21 for insurance purposes
