We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Client Services Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients from our newly purchased subsidiary, "Judges" www.judges.co.uk. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across multiple accounts, ensuring every job is managed efficiently from order through to delivery. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand and on budget.
You will thrive in a busy environment, confidently juggling multiple live projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Service Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day job processing
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality service
- Provide clear, proactive communication on project status, timelines and expectations
- Deliver “right first time” service, ensuring accuracy from brief through to delivery
Project & Job Management
- Take ownership of projects from briefing, production, through to dispatch
- Coordinate internal teams (design, estimating, production and logistics) to deliver work efficiently
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met
- Prepare clear and accurate job briefs to minimise errors and rework
- Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Orders & Commercial Control
- Ensure all orders are processed correctly and handed over smoothly into production
- Maintain strong commercial awareness, protecting margins while delivering value
Quality, Brand & Delivery
- Ensure all work meets client brand guidelines and quality standards
- Work closely with production teams to ensure jobs are delivered to specification
- Take ownership of any issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery
- Provide feedback to the wider business to improve workflow and reduce errors
