Job Advertisement: General Builder / Multi Trader

Position: General Builder / Multi Trader

Location: Various sites (must be able to travel)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (Saturday work available)

Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years

Start: Beginning of January for the right candidate

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable General Builder/Multi Trader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background across a range of trades and be confident working independently or as part of a team on residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general building and multi-trade tasks to a high standard
Work on a variety of projects including refurbishments, and new works such as extensions and loft Conversions.
Read and follow plans, drawings, and instructions
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
Maintain a professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in general building or multi-trade work. THIS IS A MUST.
Full UK driving licence
Strong knowledge and skill across multiple trades (carpentry, brickwork, groundworks, basic plumbing, drylining, painting and decoration and other tasks to finish internals)
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Full-time, ongoing work Monday to Friday
Optional Saturday work
Competitive pay (dependent on experience and skillset)
Supportive team and varied workload

Role will be starting as a Self employed role.

After probation period, you may get the opportunity to use a company van.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £200.00 per day
