About You:
Wrenn School are seeking to employ a motivated, enthusiastic and practically minded Assistant Year Team Manager & EHA Coordinator to be responsible for communicating with our students, their parents and other external agencies on a day-to-day basis, enabling them to achieve their best and thrive in school. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, an appreciation of student needs, ability to motivate, challenge and encourage students to achieve outstanding success. The role will also have an administrative element attached to support the Progress Leader; as well as support the lower school Year Team Managers. All Year Managers will be expected to support each other as required, including covering tasks when a member of the team is absent.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
· Knowledge of the secondary education system
· Awareness of relevant legislation relating to child protection
· Successful experience of working in a senior administrative role.
