Job Title: Production Operator / Driver
Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Production Operator / Driver to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy factory environment, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate furnaces to heat treat metal components (full training provided if required)
Support general production activities across the factory
Assist with the movement and handling of materials
Maintain a safe and organised working environment
Take ownership of tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

At least 8 years of driving experience (essential)
A reliable and proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Good level of physical fitness (role involves some lifting and bending)
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Includes a short morning break and a 1-hour lunch break
