Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee our <PERSON> team on various building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality throughout the construction process. Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage and oversee the <PERSON> team, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure efficient workflow
- Utilise Primavera P6 to develop, update, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor health and safety compliance across the site, implementing best practices to minimise risks
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to regulatory standards
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review
- Organise resource allocation effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment
Experience
- Proven management experience within the construction industry, with a track record of supervising teams on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Demonstrable experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites is required
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in project execution and documentation
