About the Role
Nene Valley Fire and Acoustic Ltd are looking for experienced Fire Stopping Installers with a strong understanding of passive fire protection systems to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of projects and contribute to delivering high-quality fire protection solutions.
A Level 2 NVQ in Passive Fire Protection is desirable.
Work Locations & Travel
Our projects are located throughout the UK, and candidates must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. Flexibility is essential, as site locations and durations may vary.
Key Responsibilities
- Install passive fire protection systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of installations and materials used
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with site teams and management
- Adhere to project timelines and instructions provided
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in fire stopping / passive fire protection installations
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- A good understanding of health and safety practices on site
Requirements
- Level 2 NVQ in Passive Fire Protection
- Relevant site certifications (CSCS card)
- Full UK driving Licence
