We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ground Worker/Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting construction and landscaping projects by performing a variety of manual tasks on-site. Responsibilities
- Assisting with site clearance, including removing debris and organising materials
- Digging trenches, foundations, or holes as required for various projects
- Assisting with the movement and placement of building materials and equipment
- Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulation
- Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles
- Following instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
