Key Tasks:

Manage initial communication with proposed clients, gathering property details and book valuations
Contribute to the marketing of the property, entering accurately into the system
Maintain effective communication with clients, arranging viewings and giving timely feedback using data reports, responding professionally to all enquires
When required carryout viewings
Obtain Anti Money Laundering documentation and record/compete appropriate documentation
Contribute to sale progression, communicating with vendors, solicitors, and other professionals within agreed timescales to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes
Assist in the negotiation of offers
Ensure good and positive communication with colleagues, ensuring all day-to-day tasks are completed and recorded
Actively promote the business and promote third party services
To carry out any other administration duties the business requires

The Person:

Previous Estate Agent or Legal experience is desirable
A professional manner, sense of responsibility and customer focused
An ability to work alone and use initiative, prioritise & juggle several tasks at the same time
A good team player with passion and commitment for your role
Effective communicator, with an ability to adapt your communication style
Familiarity with the use of IT systems with an eye for detail
Committed to personal growth and development.
Hold a Full UK driving licence

The Package:

28 days paid holidays including bank holidays plus an extra holiday for each year of service worked.
Mileage reimbursement when using own vehicle
