Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa, Mid Wales
Salary: £11,935.56 per annum
16 hours per week (2 days per week)

Join Our Team in One of Wales' Most Beautiful Locations

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Working from our stunning lakeside hotel, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of a variety of events.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage event bookings from enquiry to completion.
Liaise with clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
Prepare event schedules, function sheets and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
Support the planning and organisation of weddings, corporate events and special occasions.
Maintain accurate records and event administration.

About You

Previous experience in event coordination, event planning or a similar hospitality role is essential.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong administration and planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional and customer-focused approach.

Essential Requirements

✅ Previous experience in events and wedding planning.
✅ Full UK driving licence and access to transport are essential due to our rural location.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
