Full job description

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, rota‑based between 06:00–19:00 (06:00-18:00 Fridays).

Salary: Up to £28,090 (statutory minimum wage applies)

Our Traffic Department are looking for someone to join their fast paced team.

The Role:

This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including frequent telephone communication with drivers and customers, data entry, and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. General administrative support will also be required.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Due to our location, you must have your own transport.
