New City is an expanding company with over 22 years of experience providing Site Cleaning and Sales Complex Cleaning services to the UK’s leading national housing developers.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Cleaning Team Leader to join our ever-growing team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of cleaners, overseeing all cleaning operations from initial Builders’ cleans through to final Sparkle cleans.
You will ensure that high standards are consistently achieved, support your team with hands-on cleaning tasks when required, and maintain strong working relationships with site contacts.
You will also help organise workloads, monitor progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Full training and all cleaning materials will be provided.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with previous cleaning or team-leading experience, although this is preferred rather than essential.
A full UK driving licence is required for the role.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive approach to work and the ability to operate both independently and as part of a wider team, with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards at all times.
