About the Role
Hours: 08.30-17.00 Monday to Wednesday (1 hour unpaid break)
As a Part Time Customer Support & Internal Sales Processor, you'll be responsible for supporting a designated customer region, acting as a key point of contact for customers and working closely with our Regional Business Consultants (RBCs) and Internal Account Managers.
You'll process orders, respond to customer enquiries, provide product information, and help ensure customers receive the high level of service they expect from TIMCO.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with customers within your allocated region.
- Supporting Regional Business Consultants and Internal Account Managers to deliver excellent customer service.
- Processing customer orders received via email and other channels accurately and efficiently.
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls and enquiries.
- Providing information on product pricing, availability, delivery times, proof of delivery (POD) requests and order updates.
- Releasing back orders where applicable.
- Issuing customer price lists and account information.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer ordering processes, including correcting pricing, product codes and pack quantities.
- Responding to website and product enquiries.
- Logging customer discrepancies and coordinating with Customer Services to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all information is up to date.

Skills & Experience
- Previous office-based customer service, sales support or administration experience.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Experience within an Internal Sales or Customer Service environment.
- Experience processing customer orders.
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
