Full job description

This role is an opportunity to be part of our dynamic marketing team and leverage your technical knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our ceramic manufacturing customers across the UK and beyond while also focusing on the business development

Key responsibilities:

Offer hands on support on the technical aspects of our products and applications in real-world industrial settings;
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assist in developments that meet unique customer needs;
Build strong relationships with customers to serve as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, addressing customer enquiries, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions;
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business leads;
Proactively identify, target and secure new business opportunities.

This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Candidate profile:

Dynamic, commercially driven and proactive graduate in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Ceramics or similar discipline;
Good communication and teamwork skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders;
Ability to work independently, with strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Effective problem-solving skills and meticulous eye for detail;
Possession of a full UK driving license with willingness and enthusiasm to travel as required by the role.
