Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation, capable of managing multiple projects while delivering measurable results.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Oversee the management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Lead the content creation process, including copywriting for promotional materials, blogs, and social media posts.
Manage the company’s website using WordPress, ensuring it is up-to-date with engaging content and effective SEO practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team through effective leadership and mentorship.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on B2B marketing strategies.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities.
Demonstrated project management experience with exceptional organisational skills and time management capabilities.
Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms is advantageous.
