We are looking for a Senior Recruitment & Partnerships Manager who can take ownership of both client growth and high-level recruitment delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients and candidates, combining recruitment expertise with strong commercial awareness. You will also play a key role in expanding our partnerships and contributing directly to the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple sectors, ensuring high-quality candidate placement.

Client & Partnership Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hiring managers, and strategic partners.

Business Development:
Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and support expansion into new markets and industries.

Talent Strategy:
Advise clients on hiring needs, market trends, and recruitment strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

Candidate Management:
Source, screen, and manage high-quality candidates through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Pipeline Ownership:
Maintain and manage active pipelines using CRM/ATS systems, ensuring efficient and structured delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:
Present updates, reports, and recommendations clearly to both internal teams and external clients.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
4–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or business development.

Track Record:
Proven success in managing recruitment processes and/or generating new business within a professional services or consultancy environment.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Commercial Mindset:
Ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to revenue growth.

Organisation:
Strong ability to manage multiple clients, roles, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tools:
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and ATS platforms is highly beneficial.

Mindset:
