We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Event Manager & Warehouse Operative to join our growing events team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality and event experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced and exciting events business.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with no penalty points
Confident driving both small and large vans
Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality or events
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends when required
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow within the company
Previous experience managing teams and overseeing events

Key Responsibilities

Managing and running events on-site as an Event Manager
Leading event staff and ensuring smooth event operations
Completing event deliveries and collections
Driving company vehicles safely and responsibly
Organising and maintaining the warehouse
Managing stock, equipment, and inventory
Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and cleaning
Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service at all times

What We Offer

30–40 hours per week
£14 per hour for warehouse duties
£15–£17 per hour for event management and event work, depending on experience
Opportunities for progression within a growing business
The chance to work at premium private, corporate, and hospitality events
