Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community & gathering details from council/housing association tenants. This position is ideal for those who possess strong communication skills, possess emphaty a friendly disposition. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as your language skills will enhance our outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach to obtain council/association tenants details with disrepair issues
Engage with community members in a friendly and professional
Provide information about our offerings and answer any questions from potential customers
Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies

Qualifications

Strong marketing knowledge or experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills verbally
Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships
Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse communities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
