About the Role
As a Martial Arts Instructor with Cobra Mastery Alliance, you will:
- Deliver engaging, structured, and enjoyable martial arts classes
- Inspire students of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals
- Teach martial arts techniques, discipline, confidence, and life skills
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment
- Support student retention and school growth initiatives
- Assist with gradings, events, demonstrations, and community outreach
- Develop leadership skills with the aim of progressing into senior positions
Who We're Looking For
- Passionate about martial arts and personal development
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable and committed to helping others succeed
- Willing to learn and follow proven teaching systems
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow within the organisation
- Previous coaching or teaching experience is beneficial but not essential
