What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Drive Sales: Manage incoming customer enquiries, show vehicles, conduct test drives, and close deals to hit our minimum target of 10 sales per week.
- Yard Management: Run the day-to-day operations, security, and layout of the Kidderminster site.
- Vehicle Preparation: Valet, deep-clean, and detail cars to showroom standards so they are ready to sell.
- Light Mechanics: Perform basic vehicle checks, jumps, battery changes, and minor fault-fixing to keep stock retail-ready.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- The Ultimate Hustler: A self-starter who is motivated by money and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Automotive Background: Practical experience in used car sales, valeting, or light mechanical work.
- Driving Licence: A full, valid UK Driving Licence is strictly required to move stock and conduct test drives.
- Reliability: A trustworthy individual capable of operating a large vehicle yard independently.
