We are looking for a proactive Transport Assistant to support our busy distribution operation, serving over 1,800 customers daily. Working closely with the Transport Manager and Lead Driver Trainer, you will help ensure our drivers deliver a first‑class service.
What we do:
We are a busy 24 hour a day, 6 day a week food and drinks wholesaler servicing foodservice and licensed trade units throughout Scotland. Dunns is a family business which has been on the go for over 150 years and we pride ourselves on long relationships with customers and staff, providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:
- Debrief drivers daily and capture key delivery information
- Monitor and report on departmental KPIs
- Assist with holiday planning and rota management
- Provide general admin support to keep the department running smoothly
- Work with sales and admin teams to ensure best in class customer service.

Experience within a transport function is preferred but not essential.
