The Role

Financial Decisions: Maintain an expert understanding of all factors affecting business profit, making impactful decisions that safeguard our future success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with external organizations and work seamlessly with internal departments to maximize property opportunities.

What You Will Bring

Retail Management Expertise: Proven experience operating as a multi-site manager or an experienced store manager within a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

Commercial Performance: A track record of analyzing business data and market changes to make impactful decisions that drive commercial growth and brand profit.

Team Development: Experience identifying talent, managing diverse teams, and coaching managers to establish a culture of accountability.

Change Delivery: Demonstrated ability to implement brand initiatives, reinvent operational processes, and guide multi-site teams through strategic change efficiently.
