RD Avery are looking for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join our friendly and well-established workshop team in Landford, just 10 miles southeast of Salisbury.

If you’re an experienced commercial vehicle technician looking for a stable role, a supportive workshop, flexible hours, and no weekend working, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll be working on a variety of HGV and commercial vehicles carrying out:

Servicing and routine maintenance
Diagnostics and fault finding
Mechanical repairs
Vehicle inspections
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

What we’re looking for

Experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
Apprentice trained or relevant qualifications preferred
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
Experience working in a busy commercial workshop
Comfortable using workshop management systems such as Techman or Garage Manager
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
