As our projects and client portfolio continue to expand, we're looking for a Marketing & Client Liaison Intern to join our team for a 12-week internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, university student, or someone looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in marketing, client services, business development, media, and digital communications.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the Founder and our growing team, you'll support both our marketing activities and day-to-day client relationships, gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Assisting with client communications, ensuring enquiries are responded to professionally and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, sponsors, suppliers, and industry contacts.
- Supporting outreach activities to identify and engage potential clients, partners, industry professionals, and business opportunities.
- Conducting email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach campaigns to support business development initiatives.
- Researching target companies, decision-makers, industry contacts, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Maintaining outreach lists, tracking engagement activities, and updating CRM systems with relevant contact information.
- Supporting follow-ups with prospects, partners, and stakeholders to build long-term relationships.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and supporting project coordination.
- Liaising with clients to gather information, marketing assets, approvals, and project updates.
- Assisting with business development activities, lead generation, and partnership outreach.
- Preparing presentations, proposals, marketing materials, and client documents.
- Supporting the organisation and promotion of events, webinars, interviews, and networking activities.
- Managing and updating CRM systems, contact databases, and client records.
- Assisting with social media content planning, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
- Helping update company and client websites with news, blogs, and marketing content.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry research to identify new opportunities.
- Supporting reporting on marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and client projects.
- Working collaboratively across the marketing, media, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organised, confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys building relationships with people.
Ideally you'll have:
- A genuine interest in marketing, client services, communications, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Confidence communicating with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
- Experience using Canva or other design software is desirable.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is beneficial.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or client-facing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Mandarin speaking, but not essential
