Role Overview
As a Print & Production operator, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation of our Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing process and assist with applying designs to garments using a heat press machine. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a creative and fast-paced environment. We print for a variety of established brands from hundreds of different sectors, producing up to 60,000 garments a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a DTF print machine
- Preparing and handling printed transfer films
- Applying transfers to garments using a heat press
- Assisting with general production workflow
- Ensuring quality control of finished products
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised
