Multi Traders Required

We mainly work on insurance reinstatement's in Northamptonshire and are looking for a subcontractor to join our team, 90% of the work we carry out will be in Northamptonshire with some travel required for various jobs.

We are looking for a Multi Trader

Will be working as part of a small team, work ranging from property strip outs, then full reinstatements, bathrooms, kitchens, plastering, tiling, painting skills all required. Would suit someone who has a vast knowledge of the trades and is happy to turn there hand to most things. must be very skilled in kitchen and bathroom fitting. we have a full diary, so although this is subcontract it will be a full time role, must be able to work well both on your own and with my team, we are a small team and we are looking for someone with a can do attitude.

Subcontractors must have your own transport and tools. Must have public liability insurance.

All jobs are overseen by our contracts manager and will be signed off by the manager and homeowner before payments are made. Any snagging found will need to be completed prior to sign off. contractors are liable for any damage caused to supplied products.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: £150.00-£175.00 per day
