General Maintenance Worker
Full Time | Competitive Rate of Pay/ Seasonal Position until Christmas.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Worker to join our busy team. This is a varied role suited to someone with a good range of practical skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and repair work across the site
- Basic plumbing, joinery and electrical repairs
- Painting and decorating as required
- Assisting with grounds and site maintenance
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Working safely and maintaining high standards throughout the park
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience in a general maintenance or trade-based role
- Practical knowledge of basic plumbing, joinery and electrical work
- Full UK driving licence
- Own Transport required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desirable:
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates
- Digger and/or telehandler experience
- Experience working in parks, estates, holiday parks, construction or similar environments
