Young Persons Services , No.30 Laighstonehall Road, Hamilton, ML3 8NY
This post has a fixed office workstyle, which is 100% office based and not eligible for agile working.

You would be part of a successful, well established administration service, and as a Clerical Assistant, you would be the sole admin support for both establishments. You would undertake a wide variety of administrative duties, including providing a front-line reception service, data inputting to our Social Work case management system, providing a word processing service, petty cash, minute taking and distribution, arranging meetings using the MS Office Outlook facility, maintaining spreadsheets, answering and fielding phone calls, using Multi Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents and other general administrative tasks to support our operational staff.
We would welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages and it’s desirable that you will have experience of working as a receptionist or within an office setting, although required training will be provided.
