Brandlistry is a pharmacist-led health, wellness and aesthetics brand, opening our first physical space in Stratford. We bring together clinical credibility — skincare, skin health, aesthetics, longevity — with genuinely brilliant content and community. We're not a clinic that happens to have social media. We want to be the wellness community Stratford didn't know it needed.
The role
We're looking for someone local to Stratford who can become the face and energy of Brandlistry in the community — on the ground, in front of the camera, and in the group chat. You'll turn our space into somewhere people actually want to be, not just a place they book an appointment.
This is equal parts community-building, event hosting and content creation. You'll be as comfortable planning a walk-and-talk group as you are filming and editing a reel about it that afternoon.
What you'll actually be doing
● Planning and running regular community events — walking & chatting groups, skin/wellness meetups, supplement and blood-test Q&As, collabs with local independents
● Building relationships with other businesses around Stratford (cafés, studios, gyms, other founders) to cross-promote and bring people into our space
● Creating content on the ground — filming events, behind-the-scenes at the clinic, casual explainer content on skincare, hair health, hormones, supplements and longevity
● Growing an engaged local community that shows up in person, not just online followers
● Working closely with our international team so UK community content and global brand content feel like one voice
● Representing Brandlistry at local markets, pop-ups and wellness events
● Bringing your own ideas — we want someone who pitches events and content we haven't thought of
Partnerships & brand activations
● Pitching and setting up partnerships with local Stratford businesses — gyms, studios, cafés, salons — for cross-promotion, joint events and referrals into our space
● Identifying and approaching online/DTC wellness, beauty and supplement brands for collabs, gifting, co-hosted content or in-space activations
● Planning and running brand activation days and pop-ups at our Stratford space
● Putting together simple partnership pitches and proposals, and keeping relationships warm after the first event
● Spotting activation opportunities at other people's events, markets and spaces where Brandlistry could show up
You might be a great fit if you...
● Live in or near Stratford / East London and actually know the area
● Are genuinely into skincare, wellness, beauty, hormones, supplements, longevity, hair health — you'd be reading about this stuff anyway
● Listen to wellness/health podcasts and are switched on to what's happening in the space
● Have real energy — the kind that makes people want to come to your event and bring a friend
● Are naturally creative — you see content ideas everywhere and can shoot and edit something good on your phone on the go quickly
● Have some experience in community building, events, content creation or influencer/creator work (formal job titles less important than a track record of actually doing this)
● Can confidently walk into a local business and pitch a partnership, or slide into a brand's DMs with a collab idea — and actually follow it through
● Are comfortable being on camera and talking to strangers
● Are organised enough to actually plan and follow through on an event, not just have the idea
Nice to have
● An existing local network or following in East London wellness/beauty circles
● Experience working with or around healthcare, beauty, aesthetics or pharmacy brands
● Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships or B2B/B2C collabs
● Basic photography/videography and editing skills (CapCut, Reels, etc.)
What we offer
● A genuinely creative, low-ego, fast-moving small brand where your ideas get made, not filed away
● Flexible hours built around events and content, not a 9-to-5 desk
● A brand-new physical space at Stratford to make your own
● starting at 4–10 hours a week — daily content posting to begin with, growing as events and partnerships ramp up
