About the Role
As Head of Content, you will lead the next phase of growth for a functioning and ambitious department.
In this context, content means the end-to-end audience narrative and media experience within an event or brand experience - including scripting, motion, film, digital, spatial content, and how these elements are integrated into a physical or hybrid environment before, during and after the event lifecycle.
Working in close partnership with the Executive Creative Director and Content-focused Creative Directors, you will ensure that exceptional creative output is underpinned by strong commercial performance, effective operations and a clear, scalable offering.
You will partner with our Chief Growth Officer to define how content evolves within EC - expanding its reach, sharpening its commercial edge and embedding it more deeply across the business.
This is a head of department role, requiring strength in commercial ownership, operational delivery and people leadership, with the confidence to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
Commercial & Client Leadership
Lead the development of audience-first narratives that translate into stage content, film, motion, digital surfaces and interactive moments
Lead, develop and grow a multidisciplinary content team
Create clarity in structure, roles and progression to support long-term growth
Build a high-performing, collaborative and accountable culture
Mentor and develop individuals, supporting both performance and potential
Build and manage a strong network of freelance and specialist talent
Ensure governance, compliance and best practice across all content output
Implement scalable processes and systems to support growth and efficiency
