Full job description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring all display cabinets are wired and tested to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities

Competent to re-wire and Test all Refurbished cabinets to match the OEM and latest customer specification.
Competent to re-wire any HT Refurbished cabinet control panel to match the OEM and latest customer specification.
Competent to fault find on a Bond & OEM Display cabinet and repair as necessary.
Competent to build a control panel using the OEM drawing.
Competent to wire and Test a new Bond LT cabinet.
Competent to change LT cabinet Frame heater sets.
Competent to exchange motors, Test and Set Up Electric Nightblinds.
Familiar with all the different controllers we use including setting and testing.
Maintain a high level of Health & Safety
Any additional related work as directed by Team Leader

Experience & Skills Required

Attended a CITB Essential electrics course
Basic electrical knowledge
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience using hand tools
Good numeracy skills

This role would suit someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team in a production environment.

Work Pattern:

Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00 (45 hrs per week)
Overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Sheerness, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
