The main purpose of the Performance & Insight Analyst role is to undertake effective analysis, providing insight that aids strategic and tactical decision making across West Mercia Police.

The Performance & Insight Analyst role is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role

The closing date for this post is 12 noon on Tuesday 7th July 2026
