Job Introduction

You will join as a Kitchen Porter, playing an essential role in supporting our kitchen team and helping to maintain the high standards that underpin every guest experience. Key Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are cleaned efficiently
Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required
Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage of goods
Dispose of waste safely and maintain a clean working environment
Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

Person Specification

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking and organised approach
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential

Working hours for this role will be Monday - 8.30am-5pm and Thursday to Sunday 3.30pm to 12 midnight
