Our steel-supported fuel cell and electrolyser technology gives partners a decade of development advantage—accelerating innovation in power generation, green hydrogen, and distributed power solutions for data centre's.

Purpose of the role:

Our Manufacturing Process Technicians sit in the production team and play a vital hands-on role in delivering high-quality fuel cell products. Operating a variety of manufacturing processes under tightly controlled conditions, you will ensure every product meets rigorous quality and production standards. Key responsibilities include following detailed work instructions to manufacture fuel cells, accurately weighing and recording data, operating process equipment, and performing in-process checks. You will carry out visual inspections against quality standards, complete all quality control actions as outlined in control plans, and report any non-conformances to the line manager, taking appropriate corrective actions.

The role also involves maintaining adequate stocks of raw materials, supporting continuous improvement activities with R&D and Engineering teams, and ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Full training will be provided

This role is on an early and late shift pattern. Early shift - 06.00 - 14.00 Late shift 13.45 - 22.00

Knowledge, Skills required for the role:

Basic manufacturing process skills preferred

Willingness to learn and enthusiasm

Experience of working in controlled areas eg GMP, clean room would be ideal

Evidence of numeracy and literacy skills

Pay: £26,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
