The Choices Future Talent Programme: Your First Step Into a Professional Career

Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: Paid Position
Contract: Initial 6-Month Development Programme
Hours: Full-Time

We're offering one ambitious 16 or 17-year-old the opportunity to join our award-winning business on a fully paid six-month development programme designed to provide real-world experience, professional training, and a genuine introduction to the world of business.

Whether you dream of a career in property, sales, marketing, customer service, business, or simply want to gain valuable workplace experience, this could be the opportunity that changes everything.

Over six months, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to:

You'll receive ongoing coaching, support and mentoring from experienced managers throughout the programme.

What Happens After Six Months?

At the end of the programme, one of two things will happen:

Option 1: We offer you a permanent role within the business.

Option 2: You move on to your next opportunity with six months of genuine workplace experience, professional references, valuable skills and your first job proudly on your CV.
