Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Padel Coaches to join our dynamic sports coaching team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, helping players of all levels improve their skills and enjoy the game of Padel. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive sporting experience. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer flexible working hours to suit your schedule.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and professional coaching sessions tailored to players’ skill levels
Develop customised training programmes to enhance players’ techniques and game strategies
Provide guidance on rules, tactics, and sportsmanship to promote fair play
Monitor player progress and offer constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Organise and oversee group training sessions, clinics, and beginner classes
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety standards during coaching activities
Maintain a positive and motivating environment that encourages participation and enjoyment of the sport

Experience

Previous sports coaching experience is highly desirable
Proven ability to teach and communicate effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels
Passion for Padel or similar racket sports is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging coaching sessions
Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications will be considered an advantage
