Job Description
We seek a reliable, organised, and proactive Operations & Accounts Coordinator to support a growing group of businesses in automotive sales, logistics, rentals, and management services.
This hands-on, detail-oriented role involves administration, operational coordination, and finance support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with management, operations, and accounts teams to improve organisation, streamline workflows, and support multiple interconnected businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Support
- Assisting with purchase and sales invoice processing
- Supporting bookkeeping and Sage-related administrative tasks
- Chasing missing paperwork, receipts and supporting documentation
- Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining organised records
- Supporting document capture and filing
- Assisting with supplier and customer account administration
Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinating paperwork across multiple group companies
- Assisting with vehicle administration and supporting documentation
- Supporting operational staff with day-to-day coordination tasks
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure paperwork and records remain up to date
- Supporting management with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks
General Duties
- Supporting both London and off site office at Milton Keynes operations when required
- Assisting with process improvements and workflow organisation
- Communicating professionally with suppliers, clients and colleagues
- Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations across the business group
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills and proactive approach
- Good attention to detail & good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Basic understanding of accounts/bookkeeping principles
- Reliable, trustworthy and Full UK driving licence preferred or able to travel between sites
Desirable
- Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
- Previous experience in accounts administration, operations coordination or office administration
- Automotive, logistics or operational business exposurebeneficial

Salary
- Indicative range: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (subject to experience and suitability)
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
