Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner & Senior Partner

Location: Charminster Office
Hours: Full Time or Part Time (5 days per week with an early finish, e.g. 3.00pm)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly organised, professional and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Partner and Senior Partner, while also offering administrative assistance to our Operations Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or senior administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and is confident managing a varied workload. Due to the nature of the role, discretion and confidentiality are essential.

The Role

Working closely with the Managing Partner, Senior Partner and Operations Team, you will provide proactive administrative and secretarial support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of key business functions across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Providing dedicated PA support to the Managing Partner and Senior Partner
Diary management, including arranging meetings, appointments and managing key deadlines
Audio typing and dictation
Preparing, formatting and proofreading correspondence, reports and presentations
Managing emails, telephone calls and messages on behalf of senior stakeholders
Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting papers
Assisting the Operations Team with a variety of administrative tasks and projects
Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems
Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Assisting with travel arrangements and event coordination where required
Supporting wider administrative and operational activities across the firm
Providing cover and support to colleagues as required

About You

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Have excellent attention to detail
Be professional, proactive and adaptable
Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment
