We're looking for a hands-on, flexible, and enthusiastic Housekeeping Changeover Support Assistant to join our operations team at The Hesdin Estate.
About Us The Hesdin Estate is a slice of countryside heaven near Chapmanslade, Wiltshire. We've got six luxury holiday homes (with more on the way), stunning grounds, and a few quirky residents — hello alpacas, goats, and pigs!
At The Hesdin Estate, housekeeping isn't just about cleaning — it's about creating wow moments for our guests. As our Changeover Support Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of making that happen.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating all housekeeping activity on changeover days
- Being the "on the ground" person — moving quickly between properties, responding to instructions and ad hoc requests in real time
- Helping ensure all homes are cleaned, checked, and guest-ready ahead of check-in times
- Carrying out spot checks to make sure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met
- Troubleshooting small operational issues as they arise and escalating anything bigger to the Housekeeping Manager
- Relaying instructions clearly between teams and locations to keep communication flowing
- Pitching in wherever needed — last-minute tasks, priority changes, you name it

The Details
- £13.09 per hour
- Monday & Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro-rata)
