Senior Speech & Language Therapist – Term Time, Part Time

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Speech and Language therapist to join our specialist school therapy team supporting children and young people with complex communication needs. You will deliver high quality speech and language therapy to students within an educational setting embedding strategies into daily routines. Working within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) you will help remove communication barriers and support students’ engagement, learning and wellbeing.
Senior Physiotherapist – Term Time, Part Time
£20.44-£24.61 per hour (salary equivlalent to NHS Band 6) | Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team on a part-time basis, supporting children and young people with complex physical and medical needs.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy practice within a specialist school environment. As part of an embedded multi-disciplinary team (MDT) you’ll collaborate daily with education, nursing, care and therapy colleagues in a planned, proactive environment enjoying senior autonomy.
The role will be responsible for managing a defined case load, contributing to students’ physical development, independence and participation across education and residential settings. You will build long term therapeutic relationships and see the impact of your work over time. Further responsibilities will include providing clinical supervision, mentoring and support to therapy assistants and contributing to service development and improvement initiatives.
Deputy Lead Nurse – Term Time + 2 weeks, Full Time/Part Time
£20.44-£24.61 per hour (salary equivlalent to NHS Band 6) | Permanent
32-40hrs/week, over 4 or 5 days
As an experienced registered Nurse, you will deliver individual programmes of care and care packages to students using your clinical expertise in a specialist school setting. This will include health related care, emergency situations and responsibility for the health care of both day and boarding students.
As part of a wider Nursing team and embedded multi-disciplinary team (MDT) you will work collaboratively to find solutions and the best care for our students in a planned, non-acute setting.
The role will support the Nurse Manager in developing and leading the nursing team and ensure the practice and delivery of care and treatment is evidenced-based and of a consistently high standard across the school. The Deputy Lead will provide direct support to students with complex health needs and ensure staff are trained, competent and supervised to deliver the appropriate care to students.
