Sales Executive - Full-Time - Bristol Based
Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum Basic Salary. £30k to £40,000k OTE.

The Role:
You will be joining our vibrant and successful skilled sales team based in our showrooms in North Bristol. You’ll be educating and enthusing about our products to interested customers who have made contact with you. We’ve built an amazing portfolio of the best pool tables, arcade machines, jukeboxes, shuffleboards and other games room must haves in the world. We supply the pool tables and table tennis tables for live competitions on Sky TV and are exclusive UK retailers of the top brands in the industry. Ensuring the highest quality of product across every range we have is one of our core values.
Sales enquiries come through to us by phone, live chat, email, or visit our showrooms. All the customers come to you, mostly having visited our multi-award winning website, so there is no cold calling needed, all warm leads that are super keen to buy from you.
You will be fully trained by our management team on using our sales process to ensure you match the right product to the customer's needs, using excellent product knowledge. We don't expect you to be an expert when you start! There is a lot to learn about these specialist products, so we will spend hours training you on everything you need to know. Then you will be an expert.
You will take time to understand your customer's project, where will the product be going, who will be using it and how. Then you can present the customer with a number of options and explain the features and benefits of our incredible range. Our customers are both buying for themselves for their own homes, but also businesses fitting out company games rooms, student accommodation, pubs, bars, holiday parks, bowling alleys etc.

Skills and experience you must have:
- Be articulate and able to speak clearly and with confidence
- Be able to retain a lot of product information and explain this to customers
- Comfortable with using computer software to manage phone calls, recording customer enquiries on our Salesforce system, reading spreadsheets with stock information

Additional skills that would be beneficial:
- Track record of strong sales performance in a similar environment
- Experience of using the products we sell
- Experience using Apple Macs, and SalesForce and/or other CRM systems

Working Days/Hours:
This is based on working a 40 hour week, starting at 8:30 am, finishing at 5:30 pm. You will be rostered to work 5 days out of 7 each week, which will include some Saturdays and Sundays. Please note we are based in a rural location with no access via public transport. Your own transport is essential to get to work.
