About The Role

Human Resources Advisor (CIPD Level 5)

Are you a personable and proactive HR professional ready to make a real impact?

Cotteswold Dairy, a proud family-owned business established in 1938, are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our friendly, fast-paced HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied generalist role, supporting the HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle while driving meaningful HR projects and initiatives.

Location: Tewkesbury (Fully office-based)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Department: Human Resources

What You’ll Be Doing:

Offering expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters – from employee relations to performance and absence management

Supporting and coaching line managers to help them grow their people management skills

Promoting employee benefits, representing us at local job fairs and schools, and being a champion for positive workplace culture

About You:

CIPD Level 5 qualified

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team

Desirable:

Experience in a multi-site organisation

Knowledge of HR systems and project delivery
