Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial and custodial services, with the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across office areas and common spaces
Utilize specialized cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor care machines to maintain floors in optimal condition
Conduct detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms to ensure hygiene standards are met
Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and fixtures as needed
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables
Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to facilities upkeep when necessary
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes

Requirements

Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles preferred
Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and industrial cleaning methods
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
Excellent organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned duties
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
