Full job description

Kenway Homes is a bespoke housebuilder delivering high-quality, individually designed homes. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our growing team and support our sites across the region.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working on different tasks and takes pride in keeping sites organised.

The Role

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Moving and distributing materials across multiple sites
Collecting materials from builders’ merchants and suppliers
Assisting tradespeople as required
Keeping sites clean, tidy, and well maintained
Supporting site managers with general tasks
Assisting with property handovers and final site preparation

About You

Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Able to work well as part of a team and independently
Full UK driving licence essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
