We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator who can support daily service operations, monitor client requests, and help ensure that work is completed on time and to a professional standard. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and managers to keep service activities organised from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination:
Support the daily coordination of service requests, work schedules, client updates, and internal follow ups.
Client Communication:
Respond to client enquiries, provide progress updates, and make sure requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.
Internal Coordination:
Work with operations, administration, customer service, and supplier teams to ensure services are delivered as agreed.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate records of service requests, job updates, client details, reports, and completed work.
Issue Tracking:
Monitor delays, missing information, or service concerns and escalate them to the appropriate manager when needed.
Reporting:
Prepare basic reports on service activity, response times, outstanding requests, and completed tasks.
Process Support:
Help improve service workflows, communication processes, and administrative procedures where possible.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in service coordination, operations support, customer service, administration, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
Organisation:
You can manage multiple tasks, track updates, follow up on actions, and keep records accurate.
Communication:
You are confident speaking with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and managers in a clear and professional way.
Problem Solving:
You can stay calm under pressure and help find practical solutions when service issues or delays happen.
Computer Skills:
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, shared documents, customer records, and basic office systems.

Pay: £2,500.00-£3,200.00 per month
