The role of Finance and HR Assistant:

Acting as point of contact for accounts receivable duties and payroll-related queries, liaising with employees and external providers to resolve issues efficiently and confidentially
Supporting the HR function with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new starters, processing leavers, and maintaining employee records
Providing ad hoc administrative support including document preparation, data entry, reporting, and ad hoc invoicing
Assisting with ongoing projects and process improvements
