Established in March 2019, Window Supply Company has very quickly grown to become one of the largest manufacturers of uPVC windows and doors to trade in Scotland. This has been achieved by delivering market leading products along with exceptional customer service. Our team at Window Supply Company are our biggest assets and everyone has an important, dedicated and valued role within the company. Due to our ongoing growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Counter Assistant to join our Aberdeen team.

Trade Counter Assistant role:

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our trade customers. You will utilise your excellent people skills and product knowledge to build strong relationships with our trade customers, generate accurate quotations and orders using our systems, answer any queries and resolve any issues as they arise. Working as part of the team you will support the development of the branch by contacting potential customers to introduce Window Supply Company products and services.

Skills and Experience:

· Experience gained within the Windows and Doors to trade sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

· A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential customers

· The ability to work well in teams to deliver great customer service

· Customer service and order processing experience is highly desirable

· Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative

· Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office. Full systems training will be provided

· The successful candidate will be self-motivated and have strong attention to detail skills

· Have the confidence to make outbound contact to our customer base and thrive working in a sales focused environment
