GPH Builders Merchants Ltd is Aberdeenshire’s leading independent builders' merchants with branches in Inverurie, Westhill, Stonehaven and Ellon. Our team is committed to offering a first-class service to our customers and we are proud of our reputation for providing quality products and expert advice.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing and Heating Sales Advisor, located in Stonehaven. The successful candidate will be responsible for inside sales, generating quotes, lead generation, closing the sale and providing excellent customer service. The P&H Sales Advisor will work collaboratively with the wider sales and operational teams to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience.

Qualifications

Strong Plumbing & Heating product knowledge.
Inside sales and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong experience in handling a high volume of calls daily.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and mange time effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the trade counter as required.
Generate and qualify leads to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work well with the wider sales team members to develop sales strategies and improve communication.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for future reference.
