- Build trusted relationships with Production Managers, commissioners, suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as a senior point of contact and proactively managing expectations throughout the production lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Resource Management and operational teams to optimise schedules, balance competing priorities and make informed decisions that support both production requirements and the wider Post Production business.
- Lead with integrity by creating an inclusive, respectful and supportive working environment, carefully considering team wellbeing, individual development, workload, behaviours and psychological safety when allocating and managing resources.
- Mentor and support Post Producers and Coordinators, championing best practice, encouraging continuous learning and helping develop future talent across the department.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, services and ways of working, supporting innovation across Sky Post Production.
Essential criteria

- Demonstrable leadership experience, with a collaborative and ethical approach to managing people that places equal importance on delivery, wellbeing, inclusion, professional development and positive behaviours.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge constructively and resolve complex operational issues.
- A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to make balanced decisions under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and commercial awareness.
